Ham It Up
by: Chef Cathy Zeis
*For a citrus taste:
1 Smoked Ham
1 jar Chef Cathy Zeis Mango Salsa (Available at Albertson's)
1 orange, sliced, about 2" slices
2 limes, sliced, about 2" slices
1/2 cup cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
Place the smoked ham in a large roasting pan and cover with mango salsa. Pour water and orange juice in the pan and add fruit slices. Cover and heat in a 200 degree oven for 3 hours. *Since the ham is already cooked, placing it in a 200 degree oven will only allow the flavors to absorb into the ham. No cooking, just an infusion of perfect citrus taste!
