Living Lean: Protein Bars
Tori Park joins Nicole this morning to make healthy protein bars.

Protein Bars
1-1/2 Cup Figure 8 Protein Drink
1 scoop Figure8 Fiber Boost (optional)
1 Cup Rolled oats
(Put in separate bowl)
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Honey
(Heat Peanut Butter and Honey together in microwave for 1 minute. Mix in the Dry ingredients. Pour out in a pan. Put in Refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut and serve)
