With the need for Bigs steadily increasing, it is vital that we have male mentors. At any given time 90% of the children on our waiting list are boys in need of a Big Brother.

BBBS has a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Matches come together through our two essential programs: Community-based Mentoring and School-based Mentoring. With Community-based Mentoring, Bigs and Littles meet for as little as an hour a week in their community to share fun activities, stories and a little bit of themselves. When participating in School-based Mentoring, Bigs and Littles meet once a week in schools, libraries and community centers, to talk and have fun.
