Learning to Say Yes
Have you ever had a manager tell you they hate HR? Ever wonder why?
This is a sentiment sometimes spoken by managers when they feel that
they are being hindered in managing employee issues. When a manager
approaches human resources with their issue and solution and then the
first words spoken by human resources is, "no, you can't do that," it can
be an extreme sense of frustration for the manager leading to distrust
and poor relations. Finding a way to say "yes" is key to helping
managers manage their business effectively.
