Cooking with Cathy: Lamb Bites with White Chili Sauce

4 lamb chops, cubed, bone removed
3 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
Zeis Spice:
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

For the sauce:

2 TBS. mayonnaise (heaping)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. garlic powder

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, grill lamb in oil and spices. Stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 minutes for medium-rare. *Try not to overcook the lamb. Otherwise, it will be too tough.

For the sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve with hot lamb bites as a dipping sauce.
