Rick warns your intuition (or red zone) should kick in. If you can, turn back around to your home/apartment and call the police. Remember safety always comes first.
If you are followed, use your cell phone to call police. If you do pull over, make sure it's in a well lit area, like a police station, fire station, or gas station.
If you have a flat tire and someone pulls up behind you to help, don't take a chance. Keep driving until you feel safe. It may ruin your tire, but it might save your life.
