Ms. Ina Miller, director of the Ombudsman Program, with the Area Agency on Aging of Texoma stopped by to tell us what an ombudsman is and how they advocate for quality care in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The ombudsman program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our most fragile patients as they are in long term care facilities.
