2 lbs. lean, ground chili meat 1 pkg. chili seasoning
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 large avocado, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
1 jar sliced jalapenos
1 large tomato, chopped *Roma tomatoes work best
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large bag of corn chips
In a large skillet, brown chili meat; drain any grease. Follow directions on chili seasoning package. *This is where you will use the tomato sauce. When chili is done, cover the bottom of a bowl with corn chips and top with cheese. Spoon chili over cheese. Top again with cheese. Add mixed onions, tomatoes, avocados, and jalapenos.
