What does being a rodeo queen entail?
· Knowledge of the sport of rodeo
· Ability to ride a horse, so she can represent at rodeos and parades
· An outgoing personality
· The ability to speak under pressure
· A huge smile!
Girls 13-21 are eligible for the queen contest
Based on horsemanship, personality, appearance, and advance rodeo ticket sales.
(all weighted equally-25% each)
Winner of each division wins prize
Queen wins a WW two horse slant trailer, tiara, sash, buckle
1st runner up wins $500 scholarship
2nd runner up wins $250 scholarship
Girls 12 & under are eligible for the princess contest
Based on horsemanship, personality, appearance, and advance rodeo ticket sales.
Princess wins a trophy saddle, tiara, sash, and buckle
All girls will win a prize.
Deadline for registration is June 20.
