A Mexican Fiesta to help raise money for deserving students in Whitesboro

Who can resist Mexican food, especially when it's a dinner that goes towards helping deserving students? The Whitesboro High School National Honor Society and the Whitesboro Rotary Club have teamed up to have a Mexican Fiesta to raise money for scholarships.

Joining us on First News AM to talk about this event are Austin Lewter from the Whitesboro Rotary Club, and Garrett Hickman and Justin Fennell, Whitesboro National Honor Society President and Vice President, respectively.

It will be this Saturday, February 11th, at 6pm at Whitesboro High School. For $10, you can enjoy an enchilada dinner with all the sides like rice and beans, and also enjoy entertainment and a silent auction.

All money goes towards National Honor Society and Rotary scholarships.
