In one pan:
Melt a tsp or two of butter
one cup heavy cream let come to a boil
freeze dried basil
fresh cracked pepper
While its boiling add at most a cup of Parmesan cheese
Once cheese is melted turn heat down low so that it can finish cooking and not burn
In another pan
add shrimp to a 2 tbsp of butter. You can marinade butter in cajun seasoning
diced red onion
canned roasted red peppers
add cooked pasta to shrimp.
add a little Parmesan cheese and basil as garnish.
