We are cooking a fresh shrimp dish that goes great with vegetables and rice.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp
12 to 14 Raw Shrimp (26-30ct/lb)
Wooden Skewers or Metal
1 cup lime juice or half lime, half lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
In a blender combine juice, oil, cilantro, and seasoning and blend until all cilantro is finely chopped and juice and oil are blended together. Drizzle small amount of mix on each shrimp skewer and let marinade no longer than 30 min. Heat a grill pan or outside grill to medium high heat and grill each skewer 3 to 4 min on each side until shrimp is completely white. Place shrimp skewers on a bed a rice with some grilled vegetables or fresh salad and drizzle with Cilantro Lime Sauce when finished.
