Steak Bites w/ Bloody Mary Dip

2 lbs Sirloin Steak or choice of lean beef
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup Citrus Vodka
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 tsp Tabasco or preferred pepper sauce
1 cup Tomato Juice
1 tbsp horseradish
Salt and pepper
Steak Seasoning: 1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
Bamboo skewers for serving.

Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat, drizzle with half the oil and add onions. Saute for 5 mins or until translucent, add vodka and reduce by 1/2. Add tabasco, tomato juice, horseradish, worcestershire, salt and pepper and stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Adjust seasoning as needed. Cut steak into bite size peices about 1/2 inch drizzle with olive oil and season with seasoning mixture. Coat skillet with oil and heat over medium high heat. Saute steak pieces until a brown crust is on all sides.
Pour dip into serving bowl with plate of steak bites and place skewers for utensils.
