Cooking a Great Burger with the Island Grill & Bar's Josh Aaron

Island Grill and Bar's Josh Aaron shows us how to make a delicious Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burger. The burger is also a special on the menu at the restaurant in Pottsboro this weekend. Come out and enjoy a great evening on the water with a cool drink and a great burger!

Burger Recipe:
1 lb ground beef
Worchestershire Sauce
Steak or Burger Seasoning
1 cup bleu cheese crumbles
Hamburger buns
1 cup ranch dressing
2 tbs buffalo wing sauce
Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, any condiments desired

Makes 2 servings

In a large bowl, combine beef, worchestershire sauce, seasoning, and bleu cheese. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients. Split the mix in half, making a patty out of each half. You can make four small burgers if you would like. Heat the grill to 350 degrees and cook burgers 5 minutes on each side. While burgers cook, you can combine ranch dressing and wing sauce and mix it well. Toast your hamburger buns and brush with buffalo ranch and garnish with vegetables. Serve with chips and french fries.
