Cooking with Chris: Birthday Chicken and Pasta

We are making a special dish to celebrate Rita and Tom's birthday! Chef Chris Tunnell from the Choctaw Casino and Resort is making a delicious chicken dish and he has a specialty made cake!

Put fresh pasta put in hot water to cook.
In another hot saute pan put olive oil in a pan.
Add toasted garlic .
Add roasted red peppers
Add chicken, season with cilantro, salt, and, pepper. Let cook.
flambe using Bacardi
Add coco lopez (cream of coconut sauce. It can be found in the cocktail mix section of many grocery stores and supermarkets.
Add fresh tomatoes. Add a little butter and mix in.
Garnish with fresh salsa.
