Bake cupcakes using tins. Pour in just enough batter to make half a cupcake.
When done, pour carmel on top. Then take another cupcake and pour chocolate on top. Place cupcake with carmel on bottom, then add carmel popcorn, then add cupcake with chocolate on top. Add a raspberry and enjoy!!
