Cream Cheese Pesto Dip - Cooking with Chef Josh Aaron

Chef Josh never disappoints with his creations, and this one will make you the hit of any get-together.

1 lbs softened cream cheese
1 pckg fresh basil
1/2 a small pckg pine nuts
2 tbsp chopped garlic or 2 whole cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp parmesan
Olive oil

In a blender, add basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan. Turn blender on low and drizzle olive oil until mix begins to break down.
Slowly turn up blender and blend until everything is completely blended.
Always check, as you may need more salt and pepper.
Pour half of pesto into cream cheese and mix until all pesto is mixed in. Pour in bowl and serve with fresh vegetables or artisan cheese and crackers.
