Thanksgiving is one week away and we a few ideas for dishes that you can prepare early!
Holiday Cheese Ball

2 8 ounce softened creme cheese (room temperature)
1 small can of diced pineapple (drained)
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Lawry's seasoning salt (for the mixture)
Parsley flakes ( for outside of cheeseball)
Chopped pecans are optional
One box of Reduced fat wheat thins ( I like these because they are crispier) for scooping or dipping.
Shape and mold your cheeseball (this will be a little messy) in a ball with all of the ingredients except parsley, after you have shaped into a ball, then sprinkle Lawry's
seasoning salt all over the cheeseball, then sprinkle parsley flakes all over....all the time shaping and molding...(if you like chopped pecans you may also put them on the outside of the cheeseball...).wrap in foil and freeze till the morning of your holiday, take out
and put on a beautiful platter. Surround the cheese ball with wheat thins and put a cherry right in the middle of the beautiful cheeseball.
