Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

2 pounds chopped Cooked Chicken or can Chicken
1 pound sour cream
2 small cans of cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup poppy seeds
Cajun seasoning
Garlic powder
Black pepper

1 pound box of club crackers, crushed
½ pound of melted butter

Heat first 7 ingredients together. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter together. Layer cracker mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add hot chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until crackers are golden and chicken mixture is bubbly. Serves 8-10
