National Puppy Day is a special day, recognized on March 23rd annually, to celebrate the magic and unconditional love that puppies bring to our lives.

Abby's fiance woke up early to bring in their adopted puppy, Rudy. Rudy is a mix of lab, border collie, and springer spaniel. The joy that having a puppy has brought to Abby is evident:

"I had never had a dog before, and we couldn't resist Rudy when we saw him. He is such a good buddy, protector, and he keeps us very active."

Rudy is named after the Notre Dame football movie, where Abby's brother went to college. Her whole family, in turn, are big Notre Dame football fans!
