The P31 Fitness Foundation
P31 Fitness was founded on the principles of "The Proverbs 31 Woman" described in the bible. By properly taking care of personal health, with fitness, women are given the strength and ability to love and care for the people in their lives. P31 Fitness is about empowering women of all ages to experience freedom Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, and Spiritually through a unique fitness environment. Women from different walks of life come together for encouragement and support in all areas of health.
Each class is a time that women can push one another to their full potential, hold one another accountable, learn from one another, and enjoy their fitness experience.
The workouts offer variety in style, routine, and format.
Class sessions include cardiovascular work, weight training, kickboxing, body resistance training, stretching, and core work.
The workouts will always offer a wide range of variety so expect something new each time. We close each class with time to reflect on your spirtual and physical health and always have opportunity to share with other women. Each of the P31 trainers works to insure safety and proper technique while challenging your body to reach new levels of fitness.
The Health Prescription
We believe that great health is not only a matter of looking and feeling good, but through finding a balance of the following 5 areas in life.
•Nutrition & Supplementation
All Class Sessions are 4 weeks in length and you must register each month to attend.
•P31 CLASSES - Morning, afternoon, and evening classes during August-May. (2, 3, or 5 days a week)
•P31 SUMMER BOOTCAMPS - June and July - jump start your fitness levels with a Bootcamp.
•P31 NEW YEAR'S BLAST - The week following Christmas - jump start your fitness levels with one week of workouts at the New Year's Blast. We close each class with time to reflect on your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health.
Type of Workouts
•EVERYTHING! Cardiovascular work, weight training, kickboxing, body resistance training, bootcamps, circuit training, pilates, and core work.
•Each workout is one hour in length
•Every workout is challenging, and different and you won't get bored!

•Members register and pay every 4 weeks upon registration for the class or pass.
•AGES 10 -18 = 1/2 PRICE for ANY 4-WEEK CLASS
NEW MEMBERS pay a one time $20 registration fee during non-bootcamp months.
