Rib eye Steak Sandwich with Caramelized Onion and Creamy Horseradish

2 6 to 8 oz Rib eye Steaks or your preferred cut of steak
2 Hoagie Rolls
Steak seasoning
1/2 red onion sliced
1/2 stick margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes of Tabasco

Season and marinade the steaks with seasoning and a few dashes of
Worcestershire and let stand for 15 to 20 min. Mix sour cream,
horseradish lemon juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco and mix until
completely combined and refrigerate until ready to use. Melt margarine
over medium in sauce pan and add onion and saute over medium until onion
begin to turn golden brown, add the sugar and let caramalize and remove
from heat. Heat grill pan over medium high heat and grill steaks to
preferred doneness. Always allow steaks juices to resettle before serving.
Toast hoagie rolls and smear with creamy horseradish on both sides then
place steak and caramelized onion and serve with chips or salad or steak
fries.
