Coconut Chess Pie Recipe
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Dry Ingredients
1 ½ cup sugar
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup (flake) coconut
Wet Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ stick butter
Blend all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients one at a time. Whisk or beat until well blended and smooth consistency. Pour into one store bought pie shell. Transfer into preheated oven @ 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
