Texas Health Presbyterian - WNJ is a local chapter of Red Hot Mamas, a nationwide support group aimed at outsmarting menopause. On Tuesday, March 20, 2012, they are hosting a seminar entitled "What's Happening to Me? My Sleep. My Moods. My Self." Dr. Sanober Kable will be discussing the hormonal changes of menopause and the influences those changes have on sleep.

Dr. Kable also encourages family and friends of those going through menopause to attend, as they are a woman's biggest support through this time of transition. The seminar will begin at 6pm in the Main Lobby of the Texas Health Presbyterian-WNJ Professional Office Building.
