Tips For Selling Your Home: Part 1

1) Have a plan:
Analyze problem areas and strengths of your landscape
Write goals and ideas
What are you trying to accomplish?

2)What creative resources do you want to invest?
Ask a realtor.
Would a house that uses less water to maintain landscaping have better resale?

3)Ask yourself
How much time do you have to spend?
How and who will maintain it?
Be realistic, any landscape takes at least some work.
