LAKE MURRAY -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a single-engine plane went down west of Highway 77 around 2:15 Saturday afternoon.
We are told one person was killed and one person has survived. Their identities have not been released at this time.
OHP says repairs had been made to the aircraft's engine earlier Saturday morning at a downtown air park in Ardmore. Authorities say a test run was being performed on the plane and during the flight the plane began to have engine problems again. Troopers say the plane crashed as the pilot was trying to take it back to the air park.
The FAA will investigate.
We will bring you more information as we get it.
