PARIS, TX - A man who called in a bomb threat to the Lamar County Courthouse last month will spend the next six years in state prison.

Clinton Dart, 40, of Grand Prairie, pleaded guilty to making a terroristic threat last week. Prosecutors say Hart called the courthouse on the morning of July 20th and said a bomb was going to go off at 9:15. It forced the evacuation of the courthouse and the Paris Police Municipal Courts Building . A search turned up no explosives, and employees were allowed to return to work later that morning.

Investigators were able to determine it was Dart who phoned in the threat by tracing the call back to the convenience store he called from, and then checking the store's surveillance.
