BRYAN CO., OK -- New details in the case of Denise and Abel Wolf, the parents charged with abusing Abel's daughter, and moving her dead body across the country.
The affidavit states that police were tipped off to the whereabouts of Cheyenne Wolf's body in July of 2009, by Denise Wolf's relatives in Oregon.
It also states that in March or April of 2008, Abel and Denise Wolf got upset with Cheyenne for not eating. Abel went outside and Denise continued to yell at her, then Abel reported hearing a loud thud.
He went back inside and it appeared Cheyenne had a concussion. Neither took the girl for medical help and Abel apparently discovered she was dead the next day.
According to the affidavit, Abel Wolf hid his daughter's body in a plastic bin, which he put in a storage unit.
A few weeks later, he reportedly buried her under the front porch of their Bokchito, Oklahoma home.
Three months after that, Abel dug up Cheyenne's remains and moved them to Montana with the family.
In early 2009, Abel moved Cheyenne's remains to Oregon. The documents state Denise had a history of abusing Cheyenne, who had spina bifida.
A forensic pathologist ruled the manner and cause of Cheyenne's death as unknown, but there is reason to believe she was abused.
