Man hit by pickup in Denison
DENISON, TX -- A man hit by a truck Thursday evening in Denison, hospitalized in serious condition Thursday night.

DENISON, TX -- A man hit by a truck Thursday evening in Denison, hospitalized in serious condition Thursday night.
Denison Police say 40 year old Abanalarad Alvarado was walking across South Austin around 5:30 p.m., but had stopped in the turn lane.
That's when a northbound Ford pickup pulled out of the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot and hit Alvarado. He was flown to Parkland hospital with serious injuries.
Officers say there was evidence Alvarado may have been drinking.
No charges are expected to be filed against the driver of the pickup.
