GRAYSON CO., TX -- Grayson County homeowners will be paying a little less in taxes this year.

Tuesday evening, the Grayson County College board of trustees voted unanimously to decrease the tax rate by about one percent.

GCC Marketing Director Shelle Cassell says they were able to lower rates for a second year in a row, because of record school enrollment - about 5,500 students have enrolled at the college this year.
