New way to apply for CHL license in Texas
TEXAS -- It's now easier for Texans to apply for their concealed handgun licenses.

TEXAS -- It's now easier for Texans to apply for their concealed handgun licenses.
Texas DPS announced Tuesday that CHL application forms are now available online, and troopers say it's a good option for folks who want to avoid mailing delays.
DPS says you can still apply through the mail, as well.
