U.S. 69/75 backed up for more than 5 hours due to severe weather
BRYAN COUNTY, OK—Two weather related accidents backed up traffic all the way to highway 91 in Texas on highway 69/75 after a tornado blew past portions of the road near the Leavenworth exit, around 2:30pm, Wednesday.

BRYAN COUNTY, OK—Two weather related accidents backed up traffic all the way to highway 91 in Texas on highway 69/75 after a tornado blew past portions of the road near the Leavenworth exit, around 2:30pm, Wednesday.
Wind caused a pick-up to spin around and land on its top.
It was then covered by fallen power lines that were blown over by heavy wind gusts.
Witness, Stan Lucas, said, "Coming through a driving rain storm, and then we saw this power line just be knocked down, across the highway and it actually landed, the wires landed on a truck in front of us about one hundred yards, and that's when we saw the tornado and it jumped into this field over here, it all happened in about ten seconds."
