Video will be available shortly.

9-22-04 - A roadside memorial was placed on Wednesday for 5 of the victims from the 3-vehicle wreck in south Sherman. First News has also obtained new information about the man accused of causing that accident.

45-year old Miroslaw Jozwiak faces ten counts of criminally negligent homicide. Police obtained a search warrant for a briefcase that was found inside his semi-truck. First News has learned they found prescription pills inside. So far police aren’t saying if those pills have any connection to the crash.

As for the company he was working for - KV Express of Indiana - it only owns three trucks, but two of them have been involved in fatal accidents in two years.
