Marijuana for Merchandise

10-25-04 - ARDMORE, Okla. (AP) An Ardmore man is arrested after a convenience store clerk says the man tried to trade marijuana for store merchandise.

The 27-year-old suspect had left the store before officers arrived, but was arrested when he attempted to return to the store a short time later.

At the time of his arrest, police say the suspect had two plastic bags of marijuana and about 60 dollars in cash.
