CBS to Re-air CSI:NY

NEW YORK (AP) - Another apology from C-B-S, this time for the
way it announced the death of Yasser Arafat.

CBS broke into the final five minutes of the prime-time drama "CSI: New York," eliminating the ending. It happened just before local stations in the East and Midwest were to go to local news.

There was a flood of complaints from viewers -- CBS blamed an "overly aggressive" producer who "jumped the gun." It promised
to repeat the episode Friday at 9pm.
