GAINESVILLE, TX - The opening act was the After Dark concert starting at 6:00 p.m.
A disco bike rally, BMX group and a mystery dinner are just a few of the events scheduled for Depot Days.
The annual festival is held on the second weekend of October, to mark the importance of railroad history to the city of Gainesville.
Main Street Manager Lynette Pettigrew said it all started 25 years ago. "The community has picked it up and it's a fabulous festival. We have a huge car show, we have arts and crafts, festival foods."
