Woman Arrested in Burglary

3-19-05- A 24 year old pregnant woman is behind bars in connection with a burglary at an Ardmore convenience store. Police say the break-in happened early Saturday morning and a gun was stolen.

Ivone Carter was arrested for possession and concealment of stolen property when some of the items taken from Pauls Convenience Store were discovered inside her home. Police do not believe the woman was involved in the actual burglary.

The convenience store owner noticed some items missing when he arrived to work Saturday morning, one of those items was a large-caliber revolved. He also noticed a hole in the ceiling and called police.

Ardmore police are still looking for two other people involved in the burglary. The stolen gun has not been recovered.
