A combination of very strong winds, falling temperatures and frozen precipitation will make Wednesday and Wednesday night dangerous for motorists. Freezing rain and sleet will change to snow before ending late Wednesday or early Thursday. Wind chills of 5 to 10 degrees...with air temperatures in the low 20s...can be expected. Roads will be icy Thursday morning but should melt during the day as skies clear and temperatures rise above freezing.
4-15-05 - OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Governor Brad Henry says former President Bill Clinton will attend ceremonies Tuesday to observe the 10th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing.
Vice President Dick Cheney is also invited and published reports indicate he is likely to attend the ceremonies as well.
Oklahoma City National Memorial spokeswoman Kari Watkins says she doesn't have final confirmations for the two men.
Clinton was president at the time of the bombing and spoke at a memorial service in Oklahoma City days later. He returned in 1996 for the first anniversary and again in 2000 to attend the opening of the memorial.
Congressman Ernest Istook, whose district includes downtown, also is scheduled to attend.
