Lone Grove woman pleads guilty to embezzlement

ARDMORE, OK--A Lone Grove woman who stole about 200-thousand dollars from her employer is headed to prison.

The Carter County District Attorney's Office tells us 51-year-old, Pamela Gibson-Matthews, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of embezzlement yesterday. Ardmore Police say she stole more than 200-thousand dollars from the Day Concrete company.

As part of a plea agreement Matthews will have to pay back 155-thousand dollars to the company and will have to begin serving her seven year sentence May 21st. She will be eligible for parole in 18 months.
