ADA, OK - An accused rapist is being held in the Pontotoc County Justice Center without bond.
Police said 29-year-old, William Finley, was arrested Monday on suspicion of first degree rape.
Investigators believe Finley gave the victim a ride home followed her inside and raped her.
They said Finley admitted to the crime when questioned by police.
Pontotoc County records show in 2006 Finley was convicted on other sex related charges.
He was released from his probation in January of this year.
