ANNA, TX - A former Sherman nurse is accused of molesting a patient while he was in the hospital. Grayson County sheriff's investigators say they arrested Mark Allen Murphy at his Anna home Friday.
Sherman Police say in February a male patient reported Murphy fondled him while he was a patient at Texas Health Presbyterian-WNJ Hospital nearly two years ago.
Murphy is no longer employed by the hospital. Police say they expect the case to go before a grand jury. He's free on $50,000 bond.
