Madill man arrested accused of killing son

MADILL, OK--A Madill man is behind bars accused of killing his own son. Madill police arrested 22 year old Joshua Adam Irvine two days ago after questioning him about the injuries his 4 month old son sustained while under his watch.

Chief James fullingham said Irvine was alone with the baby and two other children, when Ems was called for an unresponsive baby. The baby later died.

After Irvine was questioned about the baby's injuries authorities arrested him on second degree murder charges. His bond is set at 750 thousand dollars. He is due back in court for a status hearing August 30th.
