MMA fighter arrested after high-speed chase through Bryan Co.
BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- A mixed martial arts fighter is in custody after an overnight chase through Bryan County last Thursday night.

BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. -- A mixed martial arts fighter is in custody after an overnight chase through Bryan County last Thursday night.

Bennington police say just before 4 a.m. they chased Patrick Bouvier Smith, 44, from Pennington to Durant in roughly seven minutes. Police say the mixed martial arts fighter was driving a black sport motorcycle at speeds of up to 130 miles per hour.

With the help of Durant police, Smith was arrested and taken to the Bryan County Jail.

Smith is charged with felony attempting to elude, possession of a prescription drug without a valid prescription, and reckless driving.
