DURANT, OK -- A murder suspect is behind bars in Texas. Investigators say 24-year-old Bobby Don Mullinix is in federal prison in Texas, accused of violating his probation.

He's also charged with murder for the death of Tristan Ace York. In May authorities found York's body in Lake Texoma. They say Mullinix and two others killed York and dumped his body there.

Detectives say when the state has his case ready; they plan to extradite him back to Durant.
