DURANT, OK -- A murder suspect is behind bars in Texas. Investigators say 24-year-old Bobby Don Mullinix is in federal prison in Texas, accused of violating his probation.

He's also charged with murder for the death of Tristan Ace York. In May authorities found York's body in Lake Texoma. They say Mullinix and two others killed York and dumped his body there.

Detectives say when the state has his case ready; they plan to extradite him back to Durant.

why in the world if he is a murderer would they want to extradite him back to durant....don't those people know that the jails around here have a revolving door on them....anybody that lives here knows that...it seems as though they have someone in custody one second and they escape the next.....its probably better to keep him where he is....
