Election results are in from Tuesday in Oklahoma.

234 voters took to the polls in Boswell. Robby Hitchcock won a spot on the Boswell school board with 140 votes in the runoff election.

60% Robby Hitchcock
40% Marilynn Pebsworth

The $12.5 million Kingston school bond issue passes with more than 570 people who came out in favor of the measure.

39% against

The city council seat up for grabs in Madill goes to Kevin Eppler with 57% of the vote.

Dickson residents choose an at-large town board member. That vacancy will be filled by Joe Tibbs with 58% of the votes.

The city of Lone Grove is also rounding out its city council. It was a three-way race, but the winner is Chris Young with 55% of the vote.

Healdton city council has a new member as well. David Smith has been elected with 52% of the vote.

Tishomingo's ward two is an unusual race with a mother and son facing off for the same seat, but neither one come out on top. Rhonda Brown's the winner with 70% of the vote.

The ward three spot in Tishomingo was up for grabs as well. Rex Morrell wins that one with 58% of the vote.

In Garvin County, the position of paoli town clerk/treasurer goes to Patricia Nixon with 63% of the vote.
