Roads will remain treacherous from snow and sleet until mid-day, when sunshine shroud melt most of it away. Snow is likely to remain on the ground until Friday.
LOVE COUNTY, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two people are dead and four others are injured after a one-vehicle rollover accident on I-35 in Love County Sunday afternoon.
It happened just before 2 o'clock in the southbound lanes at mile marker 18.
Troopers say 35-year-old Hortencia Mandujano and 50-year-old Maria Del Carmen Labrada-Miranda, both of Houston, died at the scene. We are told one of those killed was pregnant.
Authorities say 24-year-old Rosa Mandujano was air lifted to Plano Medical Center in stable condition and three others were treated and released from a local hospital.
Troopers say it appears a tire failure caused the wreck.
