2 arrested for allegedly robbing a Denison hotel

DENISON, TX -- Two men are now in custody for allegedly tying up a Denison hotel clerk, and stealing money.

21-year-old Bradley Robinson and 25-year-old Robert Alguire were arrested today after police identified them as suspects for robbing the Best Western Hotel Wednesday morning.

Police say Robinson and Alguire entered the hotel before 4 a.m jumped the front counter and asked the clerk to open the safe.

Police say the clerk did not know how so the men tied the clerk up in the bathroom and took money from the cash register.

Both men have been charged with aggravated robbery which is punishable by up to life in prison.
