12-1-05 - A Carter County inmate who tricked jailers into letting her out last week is now back behind bars.
Karen Neveling was released early on Thanksgiving morning after she used another inmate's birthdate and social security number to get a Bondsman to bail her out.
By the time jailers figured out the switch, Neveling was loose. She had been in jail for two days on charges of making counterfeit $100 bills.
Police tracked her down in Dallas thanks to a tip received by deputies that she checked in at Parkland Hospital.
