Oklahoma will be getting much needed funding from the state this
Oklahoma Agriculture Secretary Terry Peach said this morning that his department will be sending about $2,100 to each of the state's nearly 875 rural departments.
The fire departments have been hit hard by grass fires that have
burned more than $350,000 acres since November 1st and killed
at least two people.
The departments have gotten about one-fourth of their yearly
