1-5-06 - The controversial animal ordinance in Ardmore is final and will stay in place, despite two months of protesting by some angry citizens.
Back in November, the city passed an ordinance that called for the removal of all livestock from residential neighborhoods due to health and hazard issues.
But some horse owners felt the ordinance was unfair. They were granted a temporary injunction on the ordinance, but after two days of considering both sides a judged ruled in favor of the city.
